I do think so. Lubos got a special permission thanks to his famous beacon on 500kHz.

If the licence is for all I would be QRV too, belive me. Desperately waiting for it.

At least OK2BVG and OM1II are on air on 630m regularly. Do they have special permissions?

in order to encourage our administration to get on with the 472-479kHz allocation in Belgium I intend to provide a list of all countries that already have an allocation or will get one in the near future (01/01/2013 or early 2013).

The list I have so far includes 13 countries and is:
