Hello Rik! Interesting list, indeed :-) My special license is valid from 15.8.2012. My friend Jaro, OM1II, has the special licence from 11.4.2012. I did a QSO with him the same day (I was transmitting on 502kHz), and I am sure, it was the first QSO on 472kHz at all.

Denmark (1/01/2013)
Netherlands (1/01/2013)

Is this list correct and complete? All comment welcome either via the reflectors or direct.
