I do think so. Lubos got a special permission thanks to his famous beacon
on 500kHz.
If the licence is for all I would be QRV too, belive me. Desperately

in order to encourage our administration to get on with the
472-479kHz allocation in Belgium I intend to provide a list of all countries
that already have an allocation or will get one in the near future (01/01/2013
or early 2013).
The list I have so far includes 13 countries and
