JT9 does indeed look very promising. Earlier tonight I had a QSO with LA4ANA in
JT9-2 with merely 4W RF power, estimated 20mW ERP at best. It took us just 16
minutes to complete the QSO, that's faster than a QRSS3 QSO.
I am pretty sure that with 1W ERP or more real DX is within reach.

Apart from the jokes, i hope that JT9 makes some new steps soon. If the
timing becomes as less critical than in WSPR, it is very promising on LF/MF!
