German regulations: 472 to 479 kHz as secondary allocation for all A-class 
radio operators (= full CEPT class), all modes up to 800 Hz bandwidth, max. 1 
Watt ERP, no restrictions other than the recommendation to use only the minimum 
power necessary for the communication in order not to cause any interference to 
the primary user of the band (mainly NDBs).
