Forget about specific modes at present and frequency slot allocation.. Ask
for an allocation of 472 - 479 Khz to be compatible with EU or more spectrum
if you can get it.
Because of QRM from other services depending where you happen to reside in
the World it is difficult to specify frequency slots for specific modes
that suits all.
I am surprised the band is not CW only since that was the primary mode used
on the band in the past by the Marine authorities.
