Hmmmmm!

Well, you don't introduce the advantages of a modern technology to the
millions in developing countries and in poor neighbourhoods around the
world by by making zillions out of the sale of operating systems when
there are "free" (as in no or low cost) alternatives. Screw onto that
foundation multiple repositories of "free" (as in...etc) applications
across the whole gamut of business, science, education
etc. ...............!

But, as I said, the meal does not suit all the diners.
