seen here, we find that the activity displayed on 136171.82 possibly matches the first two dots of an "F", 
the last of a "C", perhaps the middle of a "D" and also the middle of following "K". Of 
course at this SNR this may be just coincidence or wishful thinking, and the frequency readout would be 0.2 Hz low. A 
couple of dB more SNR needed...
