Excellent signal here again. It's the middle of May and we could easilydo a QRSS-10 QSO :-)

Good luck for Venezuela! It is still the northern hemisphere but not tofar from the equator.There was heavy QRN an hour back. I've been in contact with Martin andtook a recording of some minutes (48k/s 130..154 kHz). DCF39 was audible!

I think i'm also not to far away from a trace there. At least this is amost exciting night and i don't want to sleep. 10 minutes can be verylong (update time) :-)I've lowered the scroll rate of the plotter a bit so we can compare tothe situation 24 hours back. Helps a bit to evaluate if this is a goodday, dx wise...

now shows the 137 kHz emission from CFH peaking around 7 UT. So thereis a good pre-sunrise opening from VE to South America..

BTW Joe, i see good chances for you to leave a trace in YV now! There is
a lot of QRN, anyway there is only water between the locations and the

EU QRN at least is gone at 4 UTC or so. So you may have a few hoursleft...

I just saw the sunrise in YV and a rapid decrease of QRN. All very
interesting to have a grabber in SA now :-)
