The  layout  of the  device  shows the  collector  (middle pad)  extending  under  and  out the  rear of the  case 
 
Q Is  this  a  solder   pad  under the  device  ?
 
Can the  rear  end  of the  pad be soldered ? from  this  image  it  looks like  it can be  ?
