Warren please pass on to Susan my condolences. I had many fascinating email
exchanges with Bill since joining the LWCA Lowfer Group. He was a very
perceptive man who always wanted to support his ideas with practical
experimental data. His expertise will be missed in the community, but hopefully
the details of his work will be archived for the future.
