Comparing VK1SV screenshots to my
local Eu window, I can confirm that Dimitrios saw Stefan's signal again
tonight around 18:36, catching parts of "7" and "F". Well done again!
On his grabber, the time is shown as
18:46 (ie. currently 10 min offset). The
frequency scale seems to be 0.10 Hz low. G3KEV was actually
transmitting on 136172.835 Hz, but unfortunately no matching
traces could be identified.
The VK1SV grabber also features a
DCF39 window, which should be an excellent propagation indicator for
Europe. Strangely there seems to be no visible trace at all on 138830.6
Hz. Comparing this to last month's observations, Stefan only came out
of the noise in India when DCF39 (and also HGA22 on 135430.0) was at
least 25 dB SNR in 1 Hz (or 35 dB in its "natural linewidth" 0.1 Hz).
