Jim, Dex, TA

Yes, that is very impressive tonite, also at W1VD. Just saw 35 dB S/N there.
Would like to know what is the average "gain" of your location for TA contacts, Jim. Not so easy. What do you estimate, maybe 3 or 6 dB?

Dear Dex, Stefan, LF Group,

Thanks for the reports - must be good propagation tonight... Due to gale warnings in the weather forecast, I have the antenna in its lowered position, so ERP is about 3dB down on the past few transmissions, I estimate 0.35W.

Cheers, Jim Moritz
