Carrier  power  during  simultaneous  tx , was  reduced to  2.5 watts  per mode  due  to  alc  action  in the  exciter  (ma1723)  , local  decode  produced  false  Op15  results  but  conversely  100% Op2 , however the  OP15  tx  reception was  cut  into  2 or 3  sections  by the  Op2  beacon.

 

Decode at  range  was  reliable , with Eddie  reliably reporting  the  Op15  beacon , where , in qsb  , the  Op2 randomly  failed  with  PA0A, where  as  Op15  proved  reliable  over the  same  path
