SOT89   looks  like it  may  mount but  at 5GHz  suspect  it  needs  to  be 
flat  against the  ground  plane ?

The only BFQ19s that I was able to source were SMT. Did you get them in 
another package?
Did you need to use a heatsink with this transistor?
