Checking the RNA website, I'm not surprised that you haven't had any problems on your side of the pond as there are only ten North American loggings in the 460 - 480kHz part of the spectrum, compared to the sixty-eight on this side of the pond.

Of those ten loggings, nine are of European NDBs and one is Chinese so therein lies the reason for you not having had any interference problems :-)

In the 493 - 515kHz part of the spectrum again there are only ten North American loggings and only seven of those relate to US based NDBs.
So again not much likelihood of interference problems.

FYI the U.S. Experimental license WE2XGR covers 42kHz (460-480 and
493-515) with 1kW ERP and includes cw,ssb and all data modes.
No interference problems to date.
