Dear Stefan, LF Group,

The LF_tuning_aids.pdf file at https://sites.google.com/site/uk500khz/members-files/files I mentioned earlier contains some updated info on the LF tuning meter (extended to 500kHz), along with the simple "scopematch", which displays voltage and current waveforms on a dual-trace oscilloscope, which is a very convenient aid to tuning if you have a scope in the shack. Also included is a simple resistive SWR bridge.

Although everybody is used to using SWR bridges, all they really tell you is if the antenna has a big or small mis-match - The tuning meter and scopematch give you reasonably accurate info about the actual impedance, so certainly make the job easier in my experience.

Cheers, Jim Moritz
