Hi Wolf
I will go back under cover.:-)
In 1991 I met 2 men on the train from Moscow to Leningrad, they eagerly
borrowed my copy of the RSGB Radio Communications magazine, They were
from a University, the senior guy was the younger one, Si's, 'boss',
they had been on a maintenance trip to a military communications
installation in a remote part of the USSR, something to do with very
powerful location beacons. At the time I knew nothing about the
existence of the Alpha stations.
I, and I think others too, would be interested to see your spectograms
of ZEVS..

If you did, don't mention it here. You might get visitors wearing
black coats with baggy pockets late at night ;-)

p.s. also very good reception of ZEVS here, I have some detailed
spectrograms if anyone is interested.
