Good work Chris,
Your motivation is impressing. You are the UK's VLF man (TX wise)!
I think some of the worse reports are rather due to increased QRN than
a lower ERP.
Today the QRN is impressing low! Probably one of the quietest VLF days
in the year.

Many
thanks for the report and screen shot Chris.
I was doing some adjustments and occasionally changing the frequency
today so maybe that had some effect.
The new coil appears to be giving better results from this end
yet reports from you and Eddie G3ZJO seem down on the last time, when I
was using the old coil . . .
All I can do now is to improve the aerial and try to get my kite or
balloons up in the air - maybe next week . . .

signals
Hi Chris
Here's my trace - perhaps not quite so clear as last time. Until 15.00
the bin size was 2.8mHz and I then changed to 1.4 mHz. Interestingly,
your signal seemed to come and go after 1500 as you can see - with
nothing very clear after 1700.

Think I was just too late today to see you for long enough
Chris. Will check the trace later to see if there was any clear sign of
you.
