Hi Jim, group.

Thank-you for monitoring.  It appears as if propagation had dropped
down before the CW transmsssion started.   The difference was about
10 dB according to Jean-Pierre's grabber.  Perhaps if it was started
earlier, you would have heard it.  I will try again tomorrow around
2100-2330.
