For your information,
  We use an equqtion for calcurate earth resistance which was proposed
by G.F.Tagg (Geoge Frank Tagg) in Switzerland.
  Some of us have measured it by their own earth resistance meter
(Example : Frequency at 500Hz, Voltage at 100V) to reduce the earth
resistance as low as possible even in low frequency.
