Stefan es Ossi when you are ready for a QSO let me
know.
From recent observations on both signals I am
satisfied that I can receive both at a satisfactory level for a QSO at between
QRS 3 and QRS 30 depending on condx at the actual time. I will reply xband on
either 137.7 Khz or 502.6 Khz if you can receive satisfactory on those
frequencies. I do not have a permit for TX on 9 Khz and then I think one can
only TX at a time convenient to the UK Met office.
Pse advise when you are QRV
