Hi Mal

The only requirement is to inform the Met Office when you'll be on-air - they always say OK - (they do this so they can check if they've had interference to their sensitive monitoring gear) and to submit logs. You would be a most valuable member of the Dreamers and I urge you to submit an NoV application. Looking forward to receiving your big signals soon.

All the best

Stefan es Ossi when you are ready for a QSO let me know.
From recent observations on both signals I am satisfied that I can receive both at a satisfactory level for a QSO at between QRS 3 and QRS 30 depending on condx at the actual time. I will reply xband on either 137.7 Khz or 502.6 Khz if you can receive satisfactory on those frequencies. I do not have a permit for TX on 9 Khz and then I think one can only TX at a time convenient to the UK Met office.

Pse advise when you are QRV
