Andy this was what came out from the standard database report with the number of reports set to 500 and the timescale as "forever". I think the 0.2 is the power in watts. Are you still using the old databae interface?

It doesn't look like the listing from the WSPRNET site.    I don't recognise the 0.2 value and the power level isn't shown ?
