The pseudo-Mal was very clever, posting from an account/ISP that
doesn't seem to have been used before on the reflector in the last 3
years I have messages for.

shows that the message was posted via a USA based ISP/mailserver.
Registration details of the domain:

I can't find another instance of "secureserver.net" in any messages in
my archive.
Also the "-0700" gives a hint that the sender's timezone is 7 hours
behind UTC.
