They are related simply to NUMBER of OCCURRENCE. The quantification of "FREQUENCY of OCCURRENCE" requires a time reference during which the given "NUMBER of OCCURRENCES" happen. Which, of course, you neglect to give. CYCLES per Fortnight/week/day/hour/....? If you are going to use archaic units, then at least be accurate, scientific and unambiguous about it.
