Its a "rough" path and rougher as you head further South in to Southern Alaska as dependant where the Au oval is you may have to cross this zone not just once but twice, suffering more losses and oddities.
 
The path to Southern Alaska to Europe at our ERP's is quite rare in my view, but SM6BHZ  and others made it last year so heres hoping. Up till now it hasnt been too rosy.
 
The last "stunning" conditions for me were back in Jan 2003 (!) but Ive been out of State a lot since then.
 
I just checked and I cant hear PVQ from Wasilla AK, about 970Kms at this time.
 
 Attached a picture of PVQ's T area taken in Summer, located about 1 mile North of the Deadhorse/Prudoe Bay airport.
