LF: XDV QRSS60 137k

I will be transmitting this evening from 1700 to around 2240UTC. Mode 
is QRSS60, text is 'XDV'. Frequency 137.7758kHz. Each transmission 
starts on the hour, with the full call sent at 6WPM first.

This is another test of the antenna insulation after another flash-
over and subsequent modifications. Once I am happy with the safety of 
the system, I will do some overnight tests.
