this is curious... wish I was at home and could attempt to get a bearing. Paul's http://abelian.org/vlf/spectrum.shtml has directional loop spectra but unfortunately it hasn't updated since Jun 24. During the unid test transmissions, there were / are irregularities in the four-hourly schedule of JXN 16.4 kHz, but this may be coincidence. Best 73,
