Dear Graham, Mal, LF Group,
Getting some decodes of G0NDB, including at the lower power level:
RX1: <20:02 UTC> <-99.6 Hz> <G0ND[]HOTMAIL.COM> <STOP> <-34 dB>
RX1: <20:06 UTC> <-99.6 Hz> BE=Z6HOB.\=L.CH#_@# <STOP> <-35 dB>
RX1: <20:10 UTC> <-99.6 Hz> <[email protected]> <STOP> <-33 dB>
RX1: <20:18 UTC> <-99.6 Hz> <[email protected]> <STOP> <-19 dB>

Those using it are at RISK.

No it does not ... The UK licence just says the message can't be encrypted
"... for the purpose of rendering the Message unintelligible to other
spectrum users". Since any ROS message can be decoded by any spectrum user
using the freely-available software, it can't be described as encrypted.
