Dear Mike, LF Group,
The flyback/line output transformers with potted windings in most relatively recent CRT TVs / monitors have the EHT rectifiers and various other components encapsulated along with the winding, and permanently connected between the winding and the output lead. So you will need to find quite an old one, probably from a valve/tube era TV, if you wish to use the winding unmodified as an RF transformer.
