those settings will require some adaptions, regarding samplerate etc. (see posting below). Attached is the current setup of my VLF grabber with 0.95 mHz resolution. 
 
SpecLab 2.75 b08 contains a new samplerate tracking algorithm based on the strong and precise VLF MSK transmitters. It is very easy to set up, and avoids the difficulty to identify the central line in the Alpha spectrum. I am currently tracking GBZ 19.58 kHz here. To use the stateside transmitters (NAA, NML) at 24 kHz and above, you will have to switch from 48 to 96 kHz samplerate.
 
BTW - What is your distance to Paul W1VLF?

There are actually three configuration files in
so some explanation is probably on order:
 
-  9kHzWide.usr has 0 to 24 kHz on the top and around 9 kHz at the bottom, with 1.46 Hz FFT resolution and 1 second scrolling. It's meant to give a quick overview of the band, eg. to optimize antenna coupling. You shold see the big MSK signals, and  three lines of tiny dots on the Alpha frequencies. But this setting is too fast to see a weak signal.
 
-  9kHz_slow2_white is the original 15.3 mHz setting, with the 8.97 kHz area at the top and 11.905 at the bottom. It scrolls at 10 seconds, and you can read QRSS 60 or slower keying. Beware there is an offset (0.30 Hz and 0.0397 Hz) on the frequency scales, which I had used to correct for my "white" notebook's samplerate offset. But this will certainly be different on other machines, so I would recommend to reset those offsets to zero, and use the samplerate calibration entry in SpecLab's audio settings tab instead.
 
-  9kHz_4mHz.usr is the one currently displayed on the lower part of my grabber. It has a more sensitive 3.8 mHz FFT and 1 minute scrolling. Again, you should delete the Freq1 and Freq2 offsets and enter your samplerate.
