Hi Paul, Ah, it takes me back to the days of winding the secondary for my big Tesla coil and I know how it feels! You've done a great job on it. I've used both marine epoxy (West System) and shellac to secure all the windings and make it waterproof. I used plastic for my form, but as others have mentioned, if you do a good job of sealing the form and windings you'll be fine...I was going for sparks...you won't be!! 73, J.B., VE3EAR LowFER Beacon "EAR" 188.830 kHz.
