No doubt Mal could put up a very large vertical and put some serious power into the feedline. That is only a 108,300 foot quarterwave inverted L...hi hi

Is it possible to cross the pond on the 33km band? Give it some years of experimenting just like the LF bands, where today, crossing the pond is nothing for coastal stations and those not far inland.

Where does one start?*

*Stefan* - this is simply BRILLIANT experimental work. Thank you for your hard work and for sharing it with us here. I wish you and everyone else all the very best in pursuing this further. Clearly this is just the start.

*Paul, Marcus* etc - thanks for watching at the other end and making the screen shots.

*Mal -* your comments are noted, but I think there is little room for doubt that the signals received were from Stefan. It will be good to get a full and positive identification in a later test everyone would clearly agree. Everyone is now awaiting your big signal on this band from the UK.

And to think I get excited over a few hundred kilometres on 500kHz.

Wow!! This has been /so/ exciting to follow.
