Dear Gary, Jim,

well essentially I did the same thing that Jim did. The audio frequency was not known beforehand as there is a bit of rounding in the SDR tuning (in this case 503.308 instead of 503.300 kHz). Then I used manual fine tuning in +-0.1 Hz steps. The extra {10} may be just SpecLab's way of displaying a linefeed.

Hello Jim,

Well not 100% but it looks like you did a bit of juggling. Marcus had great success using the Twente Web SDR but didn't say if he had to jiggle things first. I would have thought you would easily get 100% but not so.

Thank you for your report & comments.

I will be closing down about 2200utc.

Cheers, Gary - G4WGT.

Dear Gary, LF Group,

This is what I see at M0BMU at 2042utc:

{10}Test transmission from G4WGT

Locator IO83qo

Tx RF 5Ř watts

ERP 2ŘŘ mW

Mode and station control by SpecLab

Test de G4WGT

To get successful decoding, I had to set the AFC to off, measure the center frequency of the signal from the waterfall and set this manually as the RX frequency.

LF,

I will be operating a beacon this evening using BPSK08 mode.
The frequency will be 503.600 kHz dial set at 502.600 kHz USB.
