well essentially I did the same thing that Jim
did. The audio frequency was not known beforehand as there is a bit of
rounding in the SDR tuning (in this case 503.308 instead of 503.300
kHz). Then I used manual fine tuning in +-0.1 Hz steps. The extra {10} may be just SpecLab's way of displaying a
linefeed.

Well not 100% but it looks like you did a bit of juggling. Marcus had
great success using the Twente Web SDR but didn't say if he had to jiggle
things first. I would have thought you would easily get 100% but not so.

To get successful decoding, I had to set the AFC
to off, measure the center frequency of the signal from the waterfall and
set this manually as the RX frequency.
