decoded from the Twente Web-SDR audiostream a few minutes before 20 UT:

Tx RF 5Ø watts
ERP 2ØØ mW
Mode and station control by SpecLab

There was also a weaker PSK31 signal a few Hz up for a short while.

LF,

I will be operating a beacon this evening using BPSK08 mode.
The frequency will be 503.600 kHz dial set at 502.600 kHz USB.

I will be using SpecLab Digital Terminal, the Tx & Rx offset will be 1000 Hz.

Tx RF output 50 watts & ERP about 200mW.

I will look forward to & welcome any reports & (dare I say it) any replies/calls in that mode.
The beacon will be operated in manually so times between Tx will vary.
