Gary,
before going to sleep I re-tuned the VXO to about 10Hz down from
Andy's signal.
Based on last night's observations it will shift up 20-30Hz over the
night (due to temperature drop in the shack). Let's hope it stays
within the lock range of the PLX software that way.
I will shut down the TX when I leave for work (+/- 05:30 UTC).
Weekend will be busy, so probably no overnight transmissions.

Andy,
The big blue peak just before 1800 on the chart was Graham G0NBD testing
prior to running his beacon. The big green trace is Graham's beacon, Rik's
(OR7T) beacon is running on the blue.

Big one-off peak in the blue slot, then it moved into the green one. Wot's
going on ;-)

Thanks to all who reported.
Conclusion of the first overnight test: stability of the current VXO
is not optimal as the signal drifted several 10Hz during the night.
It seems that the 5MHz recording software at G4WGT did catch my
signal, despite the drift.
Unless there is a specific demand for a QRSS signal, tonight I will
just transmit a short carrier during the +6:25 to +6:30 slot followed by
CW id.
Meanwhile I am working on a HF to 500kHz transverter + 150W linear PA
what should allow me to use digital modes but also a more stable CW
(QRSS/DFCW) signal.
