Have you looked at Farnell, Mal? There are several pages of rectifiers in their catalogue. Perhaps 365-932 might fit the bill. It is 70A with max 100V. But there are others. In a recent message, mal hamilton <[email protected]> wrote ... Does anyone know a source for hi current rectifiers. ie 50 - 100A at low voltage around 25- 50V So far I have only found low current high voltage devices on Internet. de mal/g3kev 73 -- David G4DMP/G3KEP Leeds, UK ------ |
