Hello Mal,

You can also use MOS or IGBT in synchronous rectifier. The current of loss is much weaker and of much better output.

Does anyone know a source for hi current rectifiers. ie 50 - 100A at low voltage around 25- 50V

So far I have only found low current high voltage devices on Internet.
