Dear Mal, LF Group,

Distributors like RS components and Farnell stock diodes and rectifiers rated up to 1000A or more. Careful you read the data sheets though - conditions apply regarding current and temperature, waveform and so forth.

Does anyone know a source for hi current rectifiers. ie 50 - 100A at low voltage around 25- 50V
So far I have only found low current high voltage devices on Internet.
