Eureka!! From a fresh download of QSPR WSPR v1.01 0151 -24 0.8 0.503499 0 M0BMU IO91 30 0159 -22 0.8 0.503499 0 M0BMU IO91 30 ARGO looks like bi level code now and I can hear it...
