Jim is 10 - 11dB SNR apart from the transmission at 1622 when there
was a dropout of some kind in his signal

Was about to say there's QRM on Jims signal (at 1639z), but its that
funny on-off mode, decoding to his callsign :-)

Dear LF Group,

I have re-started the WSPR beacon on 503.5kHz (502kHz "dial frequency"). All
reports will be very welcome. G4JNT is still QRV - solid copy here of
course, with SNR plus a few dB.

Cheers, Jim Moritz
