Graham , LF,

Ref : the trace on 502.350

I am hearing Chris G3XIZ near that frequency at the moment so it may have been him.

Gary,

Interesting,

As the 'dotted sidebands' did not show  on the grabbers last night .. the 504 carrier was  +20 db over the noise floor on 'spec-lab and a general band of noise could be seen spreading each way from 504 with a slight null close in ... may be the skip distance is quite well defined at the moment ? , the trace on 502.350  was too low to  copy by ear, but showing quite well at Birmingham, It was  showing the usual long qsb cycle at my qth with total loss in the mid cycle .. I assumed it was a cw cq call by the regular blocks , with a periodic gap !

G ..

Graham,

OK, if you want to have a separate link on the UK500KHZ link page you can copy the link details from the top of the second page, but it should be obvious to anyone going to the link I sent you.

The dotted sidebands on the 504 KHz harmonic are seen here when conditions are well up & they have been recently.

I think the signal on 502.350 is Pete M0FMT.

Gary.

Ok Gary,

Ive updated the link on the page, just takes you to  the first page, John has added a local link to the second screen

oddly , im seeing the  signal on  504 at 20 db over the noise floor of the ft897-d  and I assume the side bands extending down into the band as well as a mirror image above ? has the same dotted look as on the grabbers, but missing are the sidebands ?

Hi LF,

Just had a good RTTY QSO with Chris G3XIZ.

Is there any other station can use RTTY, 45 Baud, 85 Hz shift ?

Please look for my CQ calls on 503.600 KHz
