John, it's going to be a busy weekend but I'll try to be QRV in the evenings. I just made it to your grabber running 20W output (0.2W ERP). The signal looks still fine, but that's as low as I can get for now. 73, Rik ON7YD - OR7T Quoting John Pumford-Green <[email protected]>: On Wed, 27 Aug 2008 09:47:35 +0200 Rik Strobbe <[email protected]> wrote:Dear all, last night I did some first test on 500kHz after my "summer recess".At 20.30 UT I could see my signal on various grabbers, up to the Shetlands.Hello Rik, I've just heard your CQ call on 502.9 - RST 449, some QSB at 1943 UTC Unfortunately I'm not QRV for transmit on 500 tonight - I've removed the ATU, to allow me to use the antenna in "wideband" mode for monitoring. I don't have an antenna for 80m either so no x-band. Still - good to hear you again. I hope to be QRV again at the weekend, when I convert the antenna back for MF transmitting. See you later, John GM4SLV Disclaimer: http://www.kuleuven.be/cwis/email_disclaimer.htm |
