DI2AT is transmitting PSK31 and PSK08 on 505.145kHz from 19:00 UTC
with 70W output about 1W ERP.
PSK31 con be received with a lot of different Programs.
PSK08 can only be received with Spectrum Lab

Reports are very welcome.
