For the TX I would like to adapt my 137 kHz TX (G3YXM-like design) to 500kHz. This would give me enough power to get 1 or 2 Watt ERP with a small antenna.

I use a version of G3YXM/G0MRF PA (four IRFP450) for 137kHz and 505kHz. If used
on 505kHz, I have to disconnect the diodes D4 and D5 (G0MRF design). they form
the 1010kHz rectangular drive signal into ?needles?.
