Indeed, between 23:00 and 02:00 UTC this part of the band is calm ,
the “noise floor” is equivalent to the 137.777 !
Higher, towards 189.777 it is also calm all the night .
I will prepare the synthetizer to carry out this tests soon!

of the band is fairly quiet between 2300 and 0200 UTC.
