For a start you might have a look at the following website:

Select in the "Types" field "NAVTEX" and you will have an overview of recent
worldwide NAVTEX reception on 490 and 518 kHz.
It might also be interesting to select the type NDB and select e.g the 490 -
520 kHz frequency range.
500 kHz has great potential; a former spark told me that they used to work
PCH at MF from the Straight of Malaysia when HF was not usuable. They used
one KW on a large Shell tanker.
