Over the last 20 minutes or so (to 2115utc), GW4HXO
has built up from a faint trace on the spectrogram to a RST 439
level, just as twighlight fades away at my QTH. Frequency is about 503.82kHz.
There is still considerable QSB, but the signal strength is improving. I am also
just starting to hear a signal just above 501.5kHz, which is also building on
the spectrogram trace - I assume this is GW3UEP, but can't copy
yet.
