Its just  dark in dcf39 land and the signal just coming out of the noize here in Shanghai  (0300 local when I have to do business with the USA and Europe -) but it looks like its not sending its fsk all the time - just had a minute at 1853z so of plain carrier - are they still playing? Signal is already building to a reasonable paint on the screen.
